Newton showed its worth through shopping multiple proposals for necessary services and finding the best local prices for the proposed project. Located at Spyglass Plaza, Berman, Hopkins, Wright and LaHam engaged Newton Land Development in 2006 to develop their site and manage the grounds for their 2-story, 13,000 square-foot building in Viera, which consolidated their previous two locations in Merrit Island and Melbourne.

Spyglass Medical Center, Viera

In 2009, Newton Land Development orchestrated the financing and purchase of Spyglass Medical Center in Viera. Its improvements, both interior and exterior, are underway and will soon be home of an additional pain management center on Spyglass Hill Road.

Watersong Senior Living Community

In 2006, Newton Land Development had completed the permitting for a community developer west of I-95. When the community's developer decided not to initiate the project, Newton diligently worked to facilitate the sale of the land to a similar user. Newton ultimately worked with Senior Living Communities and the town of Viera to assist in approval of a new plan for the site, which today is the outstanding Watersong Senior Living Community.
