Floyd White, Vice President, Senior Project Manager, Broker A native Floridian with thirty years experience as a Real Estate Broker, Floyd heads up Newton Land Development’s brokerage and oversees all of our real estate related matters. In addition he serves as our field supervisor. He enjoys working directly with all our clients and takes great pride in his service to them.
Brenda Boren Corliss, Vice President of Development, Broker Associate Brenda spearheads all aspects of the development process--from site acqusition to sales, leasing and marketing. She brings organizational skills, a strong work ethic and a positive and service-centered attitude to Newton Land.

David Newton, President Newton Development Group, Inc. / V.P. Somo, Inc. David brings extensive knowledge and experience from working abroad in the European and International Community for over 12 years. He has been directly involved in a number of start-up businesses. He is also responsible for new product introduction, branding and marketing, setting up distribution networks, analyzing new investment opportunities and overall company profitability. “Keeping our focus on targeted objectives and goals are key to the continued success of our group.”
Veronica Newton Kemeny, Business Development Consultant Veronica is responsible for new business development and devising marketing strategy for new product introductions to the U.S. market place. She has over 10 years active-duty Air Force experience in Protocol and Public Relations. She is also a reserve Major specializing in Air Force Public Affairs. She brings her superb leadership and management skills to all Newton Development Group projects. |
